I think that song could fix some of Shae's characteristics, too so... i drew her for it ^^
she just got it perfect haha ^^
i like the outcome on here, even if it's not my best piece ... but fun is everything 8D

Hello there!

Alright, first off, I would like to note that I am not the best artist, but I will try to critique based upon what I have seen. I would like to begin by complimenting you upon your fur technique, it's very simple but quite lovely!

I read that Shae is a wolf-demon. A common mistake that I made a lot as a less experienced artist and I see often on deviantArt is that many people will draw wolves with pointed ears, while instead their ears are actually small and rounded. Of course, if your character here is specially stylized and her anatomy is different due to the demon part of her genetics, this can be an exception.

Also, your fur technique on the neck and body has very nice form; however, you may want to make the fur a little bit shorter on the parts that don't have as long fur, such as the back and legs. I would recommend studying some photos of wolves and their fur for this purpose.

I know that this piece would not look as well with the wings larger, but just for further reference make sure that the wings approach close to a normal size, so that the creature can fly. I really do wish I could draw wings like you, though!

Overall, I would say that this character looks more like a fox in anatomy and you may want to bulk up the anatomy and make it less lithe if you are trying to get a more wolf-like animal. However, this is all your choice as I'm not sure how much the demon part impacts her appearance.
